If you're like most people, conquering your appetite is one of the biggest challenges you face in your fitness and weight loss journey. As soon as the word "diet" crosses your lips, you may start craving all the junk you know you're not supposed to eat. The secret is eating the RIGHT foods to help calm the cravings for the wrong ones. Add these 10 easy-to-find, tasty foods to your meal plan, and rein in your appetite before it gets out of control!
1. Oatmeal. This hot cereal is high in fiber and low on the glycemic index, which means it fills you up and takes a long time to digest. Research has shown that diets high in slow-burning carbohydrates like oatmeal suppress the hunger hormone grehlin more effectively than diets high in fat. In fact, when you eat oatmeal for breakfast, you may find that your appetite is lower at lunchtime. Steel-cut or rolled oats are digested more slowly than the "instant" variety, so it's worth taking a few extra minutes in the morning to prepare your breakfast the old-fashioned way.

Shakeology is 140calories 17grams protein and 71other nutrients all natural from Peru. It counts as a meal, and has more nutrients that many foods we consume.0

that doesn't make it food. it's a product, and there's a huge difference.
further, it sort of (to me, anyway) invalidates the integrity of the article to end it with a plug for a product. it's an old marketing trick and the new are wise to it.
you'll get far better nutrition with a lower carbon footprint if you buy local, ethical fruit, vegetables and meats that are in season from accountable sources that care for the soil. we can't turn to fabricated products to "fix" our dietary problems, specifically those made in other countries where we have absolutely no accountability of the process or the ingredients.
i'm not sayin shakeology is a terrible thing. i'm just sayin it's not food.

Ur right, as long as the products comes from good soil, it will benefit our bodies. The main reason they state it comes from Peru its because a lot of the exotic fruits don't grow in the US and Peru doesnt use pesticides on their crops.0

I have friends who do beachbody and they spend so much money on it.
I tried it and YUCK.. but I drank so many protein shake when i had my gastric bypass it was not funny.. so I will take real food plz
if I want to take in calories I dont want it in a glass
