I am a southern girl so when I found this website I knew I was in heaven. www.cookinlean.com. This lady has taken a lot of Paula Deen's recipes and made them healthy. There is also a sprinkling of Rachel, Ina, Bobby and Giada as well. Check it out and let us know what recipes you like the most.
