My name is Adrian, I am 27, and from Central California. I have put on a few lazy pounds, so I am here to get myself where I'd like to be physically.
I am taking weight training on the local college campus, so I work out pretty hard on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the past five weeks, and I have just obtained a membership at the local gym.
I hope to go from my current weight of 186 to my ideal weight (and buff, hopefully) between 150 and 165..
