Before and Current (41 lbs down!)

I started MFP around mid-August after a nice long anniversary weekend with my husband. Although the weekend was nothing short of incredible the pictures afterwards were devastating! I stepped on the scale when we arrived home and finally admitted to myself that since my highest weight during pregnancy nearly 18 months prior I had not lost ONE SINGLE POUND! I logged onto MFP, began counting calories, found a great support group of friends, and have now logged in for over 200 days straight…

My Stats (I’m 5ft 3in by the way):

Weight: then 206 lbs. - now 165 lbs. ((down 41 lbs))
Neck: then 14 in. - now 13 in. ((down 1 inch))
Waist: then 41 in. – now 30 in. ((down 11 inches))
Hips: then 47 in. – now 41 in. ((down 6 inches))
BMI: then 36.5 – now 29.2 ((down 7.3))

At the start of MFP at 206 pounds!

    Yep, that's my stallion Poco, he's probably one of the top loves of my life!
