Hi All,
On the days that I exercise I really struggle to eat enough to eat back my calories, the temptation is always to eat 'junk' to get the calories back up (I've even found myself slipping back into the morning bacon sandwhich). What would people recomend tp eat inorder to boost up the calories without just eating rubbish......
Thanks
Ian

Nuts, fruits, juice with no sugar added, greek yogurt, beans, peanut butter0

Natural peanut butter is a good way to add back calories in a healthy way.... any nut butter or handful of nuts actually. That's what I do most of the time.0

Odwalla bars 200 calories each, and packed with protein and vitamins and whatnot. Oh, and they're yummy0

the more protein the better.... so try adding things like cottage cheese, chicken, tuna, etc.... and a little bit more veggies. If you already consume some fruit dont add more. It might be natural sugar but its still sugar0
