Hello everybody!

Options
I have been using MFP since the beginning of the year and I have lost 11 lbs so far out of my 40 lbs short term goal. This site has helped me to be conscious about what I eat on a daily basis and how to make smart changes that are good to my health in the long term. I hope I can accomplish my goal and perhaps move beyond that point.

If anyone in the area and would like to do the Insanity workout let me know.
