I just met my first goal! I started at just over 165 lbs (at 5'6") and I weighed myself this morning and I'm now 154.3, putting me at a bmi of 24.9 from 26.6! I'm right at the very top of the healthy range, but I'm only getting started and it feels great to have reached my first goal! Now on to my next 10lb goal!

Congrats. I'm almost there myself. Can't wait to see Healthy. Any loss this week should move me back in that range. Finally.
  • Congrats! Nice work!

I sometimes use Wii Fit and I was so excited when I got on it two weeks ago and it said my BMI was normal. What a great feeling!

Congratulations to all of you who have reached your first goal of a normal BMI. I am 5'6, and currently weigh 156.8. I am 2.8 lbs away from a normal BMI. I have lost 17 lbs. so far. You inspire me.
  • Great job! I can't wait to get BMI into the healthy range... 6 pounds to go! Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! Yea!!!! I am also 5'6" and today weigh 164.8! I've only lost 4 pounds and am just getting started, so I can't wait to make "healthy" either! That is quite a milestone to see "healthy" instead of the usual "overweight"! Keep up the good work!

Congrats! I'm 6'1" 199 and my BMI is just over 26. My goal is to lose 14 pounds in just under 5 weeks but I need to keep a rigid schedule of meals and exercise. Congrats again.
  • Congratulations! What a fab feeling! I am around the same height but still have a few more pounds to get there so good to read when others achieve it!!
