My introduction.

My name is April. I'm 28 years old and married to a wonderful man for over 4 years. I have 2 little girls Miriah (3 in march) and Kaitlyn (2 in May). My family is my world. I'm a stay at home mom so I get to spend my days with my kids and I love it. I have been on a weight loss journey for on and off since May of last year, but have been serious about it since January 17th. I struggled a little bit the first couple of weeks, but I have lost a total of 23 lbs and have been consistently loosing for the last 4 weeks. We have a cruise planned for the end of November, so I'd like to loose as much as I can by that date, but ultimately I would like to be at my goal weight (135) by my 30th birthday. (July 24, 2012) If I loose more that would be great too!
Just started using this program a week ago and I love it. I like knowing what I'm putting in my body and where my limits are. I have a long road ahead of me but I'm on a good roll. I've been trying different diets and what not and finally found something that works for me and doesn't feel like a diet. I'm always open to advice and any helpful tips on getting good results.
I've been following The Biggest Loser diet plan. It's really good and doesn't feel like a diet. I've also been doing The BIggest Loser "Last Chance Workout" dvd and I love it! It's so motivating and it's nice to see people who are necessarily "perfect" doing the workouts. I'm almost done with the 6 week program so I plan on moving on to their Wii game and going on from there. I also enjoy playing the Just Dance games and MJ dance game. They're a workout too. LOL
I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully find some support here. If anyone has a similar journey that I'm on, then by all means feel free to friend me so we can be accountable to each other. I plan on staying with this and am very motivated to meet my goals.
Thanks.
