I created my own activity and it started calculating based on my HRM results.0

In Cardio,
I saw online that 1 hr burns about 500 cals for the average person of my size so i just used those numbers....not sure if they're 100% accurate though so i usually underestimate just to be safe0 -
I use my HRM and record it that way. But logging it at High Intensity Aerobics before my HRM was actually pretty close to what I was burning.0

I log it under Aerobics. I bought a HRM but I don't think it's too accurate so I use the numbers on here.0

If I go to my Super Cool Fun Teenager Zumba Class where I come home with a sweaty, dripping ponytail, I count it as High Impact Aerobics. If I go to the calmer class as LA Fitness or the community center, I count it as Low Impact Aerobics.
No matter who teaches it, zumba is a BLAST, isn't it?0
