How does everyone log P90X? I don't do it regularly but as part of the Sumer Lovin Challenge it's my new exercise for the week. I will be doing the Plyometrics tonight...how does everyone log that in your exercise tracker? Thanks!

Your best bet would be to use a Heart Rate monitor that counts calories burned. Everyone burns dramatically different amounts based on intensity. I had to create the exercises as I do them and then enter the time and how many calories my HRM says.0

Go under Circuit Training and enter the name. An error message will come up and towards that bottom of the page it will walk you through entering by name.

I would recommend a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. It's the only way to get an accurate count of calories burned. For instance, I'm only 4'11" and when I log my time on the treadmill as 1 hour, it tells me I burned 171 calories. My HRM tells me I burned 415 calories. That's quite a bit of difference!0

This is what I have to do also.0 -
I wore my HRM and then created my own entry for each of the P90x so they are in my own exercise database.
Plyo for me burned about 6000 -

Not to be redundant, but me too! It's the easiest way, because individuals do burn calories VERY differently. You may be different depending on the day also. It depends on just how hard I push myself that day. Good luck - I love P90X!0
