Introduce Myself? Well Hello There!

Options
Hi - I am a long time gainer and loser, but am sincerely hoping to change that now! I want to lose all the weight that I recently gained, and then learn how to live in such a way where I can keep it off, but also have a normal life where Im not just worried about food and eating all of the time.

My stats are as follows:

Female, 5'6", Desk job (sedentary)
Previous normal weight: 144 lbs
High weight: 175 lbs
Current weight (as of today): 164 lbs
Goal Weight 1: 135 lbs
Goal Weight 2: 125 lbs

Looking for support and looking to help support whoever and whereever I can.

Happy counting!
