    Fruit. I LOVE fruit.
Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Pears, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Melons (All types.)
MmMmMmmMmmMmmmmmmmm. I am never without fruit of some sort. I normally eat an apple at breaks.
Oh, And Green and Red Peppers, I could eat them as a full meal. Broc and Califlower, And YAMS!
    OooooOo Mmmmmmmmm
I am learning some new variations on fruit pies without sugar and without the fat loaded doughs.
They are so YUMMY and full of flavor too!
Last night I steamed Yams with Brocolie, Sprinkled pepper on top and MAN was that delish!

  • Frosted Mini Wheats! I have them for breakfast every morning...
  • Fresh spinach.

    Option 1:
Sautee with a smidge of olive oil, mushrooms I like portobella for a meaty taste, onions, garlic, and little dijon mustard

    Option 2:
sautee with olive oil, orange zest, almonds, onion, splash of dry white wine. Sometimes I add some dried apricots.

    Option 3:
Sautee red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic in olive oil. Add spinach once peppers are close to the texture you want them (I like mine with a little crunch).

YOu could top any of these with chicken, tuna, beef, or toss with whole wheat pasta.
