14 Week Challenge

We started a 14 week weight loss and fitness challenge at work on Monday and I thought it might be fun to parallel that on MFP. Any takers?

Im in the middle of a 12 week challenge at work... we are calling it the biggest loser... yeah I know REAL ORIGINAL hahaha
We weighed in on the same day each week ( Wednesday for us) and at the end of the 12 weeks the biggest loser takes all the loot in the pot. Right now I am in the lead... even though I gained a pound this week ( darn Aunt Flo had to choose now of all times to pay her monthly visit) and we are having fun cheering each other on.... Count me in on the 14 week challenge though. I still want to loose more than I will have lost by the end of the challenge at work.0 -

We did an initial weigh in and then we weigh in once a week. We are also doing a fitness challenge to see who works out the most. We can do both here if you want. Just keep track of your workout on MFP and we will take the total calories burned for that week. I'm willing to keep track of everyone’s losses if you want. We can start Friday Feb 18. Just weigh in every Friday and add up the total calories lost that week and email me your weight lost and calories burned. I'll keep track and let everyone know where they stand. I think it’s fair to do this by percentage of body weight lost although we can also do it with total pounds lost just to keep us motivated. What do you think? To do the percentage I'll have to know your start weight, which I would not share with anyone.0 -

I'm putting off weighing in till Friday but I'm normally a scale hog. I'm going nuts not weighing and I'm nervous I'm going to be let down on Friday morning.0
