Nutrition guidelines??? I'm new here!

Hi everyone...I am new to this and I was wondering if there is a place on here where you can find out how much of a specific nutrient I should be getting each day? I see where it shows calories, fat, carbs, and protein but what about fiber, sugar, trans fat, etc. If I go into reports I can see how much of each I consumed but it doesn't tell me what I should be having on a daily basis. I hope this question makes sense. TIA

:flowerforyou: Yep, click on the food tab, then settings. You can track up to 6 major nutrients. good luck and welcome!0

Welcome aboard! Click on Food, then on settings. Choose fiber etc. and your goals will show at the bottom of your daily menu. Hope this helps.0

Okay they covered how to find that, but I would also like to recommend a daily vitamin.

Best bet is to google all that. Mayo Clinic has great stuff on their site--and you can trust them
