I'm new on here and read on someone's post about looking at food diaries. How do you do that. Any help would be appreciated and please feel free to critique my food diary.

    you have to have friends and then you can look at their diary's. If you want I can friend you.:flowerforyou:

    Same as above.... you have to share your diary under tools I think then others can see your diary and give you comments on it

    Thanks, having trouble even navigating my way around here, I post and then loose it. I will eventually get it figured out.
