Working out so I can Eat

Working out is really good for me because it give me a boost in how much I can eat...Oooohhh yeah!!! I need some buddys to motivate me to exercise...

  • Me too! Although I workout at night so I always have the same amount of calories during the day. But I know that if a go a little over I am working out after dinner!

    Just make sure that 'extra' food is still protein, whole grains and veggies. :-)

    Yep! Rest days are so hard because I have to eat so little! Days like today whenI had a god burn...I had three good, healthy meals, lots of snacks, and I have 500 calories left!

    I was just thinking the same thing!! I have even calculated that if I eat 2 girl scout cookies I need to do 2 dances on the Wii Just Dance game!! Im starting to calculate all my extra sweets into songs so I can burn them off after I eat them!
