Well, I signed up two weeks ago and really started working the plan this Monday! I am a mother of one and work full-time. I have started off with my doctors reccomendation using Southbeach. My goal is to loose 40-45 lbs.

I've been gaining 10 lbs. a year for the last decade, resulting in being 100 lbs. overweight! Since joining at the onset of the new year, I've lost 17 lbs. - and counting!
