I don't think so. I've been looking around and I can't find any difference. Which doesn't make sense to me since they TASTE different, so surely they must BE a little different. But I can't find anything that says they're nutritionally different. Same cals, same potassium, same everything.0

Red grapes are better.0

I think I heard that red grapes are better because they have more antioxidants in them. I am not sure though.0

There isn't a lot of difference between the two nutritionally speaking. The difference in the color is due to pigments called flavinoids. Green grapes contain flavinoids called anthoxanthins and red grapes contain anthocyanins. They also offer different antioxidant properties. Which is why those of us in the field of nutrition encourage the population to choose fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors. So that we all get a good dose of the variety of nutrients on a regular basis. I buy both green and red grapes and alter them during the week. I probably have a cup of grapes four times per week. They are so delicious and nutritious! So eat up!0
