or girls not gender specific maybe we should start a post with advice :) and maybe routines :)

my routine
tricep day: incline regular and decline bench cable pull downs and over head pull downs skull crushers chest flys and flys
bicep day: barbell curls ins and outs cross body hammer curls hamer curls cable curls lateral pull down and lateral pulls and burnouts

anyone else?

    I'm not currently lifting, but a year ago I followed the Starting Strength method and got my bench up to 255 and squat to 355.:

    You do only multi-joint exercises like squat, bench press, dead lift, overhead press, and power clean, 3 times a week, doing 3 sets of 5 reps. You start out low, but increase the amount of weight you lift on each exercise each session until you can't add anymore, then you back off and build back up again. It works great for strength and muscle size, but you'll be very hungry, and the author recommends eating a lot while you're on it. Although I gained a lot of muscle, I also got fat, which is why I'm now on MFP! Now I'm just trying to keep some of that muscle through pushups/situps/etc. I am considering going back on Starting Strength once I have lost more weight, but not overeating this time.

    You should really do an upper body/lower body routine and build up everything.
    Otherwise you look like all the idiots that go to the gym I go to, huge arms, maybe a huge chest, teeeeeny weeny little legs.

    It's funny to look at but it MUST be embarrassing lol


    I do upper body days and lower body days.

    lol i dont do lower body cuz i have naturally huge calves i work my abs too all i care is from the waist up my pants or swimshorts cover the rest lol and whats your routine?
