How do you go through the 30 day shred?

Do you stay on each level for 10 days, do you rotate through the levels, or do you have a completely different system?

  • I just started and i'm on day 7. I'm doing 10 days per level, but if i do it again , i think i would alternate between levels every 5 days. That way i wouldn't get bored

    I think I read about people tackling it all sorts of ways. I just started and am planning on doing it 30 days straight, in ten day intervals.

    Day 4 - done!

    i do it every other day on lvl one (its free on demand!) to give my muscles a chance to rest

    I did Level 2 for 30 days and then L3 for another 30...Each level has its benefits and 10 days each is not enough in my opinion, but hey its your workout do it your own way!

    I am going through 30 day shred with 911 on speed dial...Since I am afraid of falling and I dont have one of those things :tongue:
  • I did level 1 for almost 20 days, until I was able to completely do it, no stopping, little modification, though there were a few rest days in there. Now I am on day 6 of level 2, and I plan to do it til I can do it completely with little modification, the same with level 3, then I plan on doing a different one every day

    I actually Do Level 3 one day Level 2 the next and so on I like to switch it up........I get bored easily!!!

    I just completed Day 14 on Level 1. I think i might try level 2 at day 15 but i still have some problems getting through it without stopping. But i was thinking 15 days on each level making it a 45 day shred

    After bouncing around through all the levels I think Level 2 seems harder than level 3..............maybe its just me and my sore knees lol.
