I've been on MFP since July 2010. I started at 230 lbs wearing a size 20. These are my size 12 jeans...my first non plus size in over 25 years. I put the before and after pic on my profile pic, have a look!

    You are just glowing in your size 12 jeans! I know how you feel. I hauled mine out of a box in the attic a few weeks ago too.

    I was born in Port Washington and lived in Sheboygan until three years ago so am well aware of the temptations the good food in Wisconsin can bring. Butter burgers from Solly's, Kopps Custard, the onion ring loaf at Ms. Katies and the Friday night fish frys - oh my gosh.

    I remember first fitting into 12s! It was a surreal moment that I'd been waiting for what seemed like forever! (Now if only I could just get OUTTA them and into some 10s!!)

    Thanks everybody! It is a very exciting time for me... the size 12 jeans are really just a symbol at this point. More importantly my health has gone from that of a 75 year old to a 30 year old's. Blood pressure is under control, no more sleep apnea, heart is testing normal again. That's the real praise report!

    But I do love these jeans!!!!!
