what does NET mean on the home screen.

Net calories consumed for the day0

It has to do with the calories. For example...if your goal is to eat 1200 calories, and you ate 1191 calories...you would have 9 calories left to eat. But if you worked out and burned 310 calories, essentially you would have 319 calories left to eat because you earned some back form working out. Your NET would be 881: 1200 - 319 = 881.

that's the calories you've eaten (1035) subtracted by your exercise calories (438) equals the net amount of calories you've eaten today.0 -

And, for the record, a net of 597 is WAY too low!0
