For all you turbo jammers...I found this on another web site. I weigh a bit more than this but give or take 15-20 pounds, I don't think that it will make that much of a diff. Of course, it will also depend on how hard you are working. This person tracked this with a HRM.

This is an average of 3 weeks:
Kick and Punch Jam - 450
CP 1 - 390 to 400
CP 2 - 350
CP 3 - 400
Live Remix - 300
20 minute - 200
Pinch & Kick - 450
T3 - 226
Ab Jam - 100
Lower body - 190
Booty Sculpt - 250

I think that is all. I am 5'.5" and about 142 lbs.

  • Oh yeah I'd be burning more than that!! I am pushing 192, though! heheh

    I loooove turbo jam!! it kicks booty! Perhaps I'll track my calories with my HRM. :)
