I thought I would share my before and after photo as well. I have gained about 15 lbs (I blame it on happy weight from being in a relationship and winter but I know thats no excuse) since the after photo but I WILL look like that again before summer! I did this by exercising 5 times a week, and eating healthy. I went from size 20 (sometimes I wore MATERNITY PANTS because my waist was so big compared to the rest of my body) to a size 11. Beginning weigh 249 and ending weight (August 2010) 167. I was in a big karaoke contest that day (of my after pic) and for the first time on stage I had confidence. I ended up WINNING the whole contest. It blew my mind. Any friends for motivation are welcome to add me :) I am starting a weightloss competition on March 6...I WILL win!

    Wow! Great pics (love the pirate costume!). You look so beautifully trim in the second one, and even more confident. You'll be back in shape to really enjoy the summer. :drinker:

    Wow, great job! I am just starting out, and really want to loose 50 lbs or so; but never have the self-control to keep going. Hope with tracking everything i will feel obligated to stay within my goals!
