Not sure if you are looking for ideas but if I am full and feel like I need a few more calories, I usually try to at least drink a glass of skim milk and then give myself some leeway to eat more the next day if I am really hungry.

Try to plan better- eat earlier in the day especially if you workout at night.

i've had days like that when i exercise a lot. On those, i just make sure i at least ate my "goal calories" without considering exercise. doing that every once in awhile won't put you in the dreaded "starvation mode," but doing it consistently could. don't stress about it for one day, just make sure you had at least your minimum goal calories before exercise.

On my days off work I usually workout around 1030-1200. On the days I do work I workout around 6pm. The thing is I already feel like I am constantly eating, and am always full. I guess I need to choose some other options with more calories in them. Feel free to look at my food diary to see where I can make changes. I know I am way over on my protein according to MFP, but the range I am eating is based on a body analysis I had ( and according to my calculations I have from college)

A lot of days are like this.. maybe not quite as extreme. I guess I just need to choose other options throughout the day that have a higher caloric count. I already feel like I am eating all the time!

If only that worked!!! I am fortunate that TOM doesn't make me crave anything.

everything you are eating though for the most part is low cal. Maybe try replacing certain foods with higher calorie versions? Maybe eat an ounce of cashews or almonds as a snack, or organic 100% peanuts peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat toast?

like instead of the egg white as a snack, you could've had an entire egg. It would have fit perfectly into your diet considering the amounts of fats and calories you had already consumed.

Is there a way you can transfer those calories over to me, so I don't go over like I did yesterday? I wish I had this problem. I do protein bars or nuts or something like that throughout today to ensure I don't leave too many calories out there.
