How do I log waitressing? I've worn a pedometer to work and sometimes I walk five or six miles in one shift! However, the walking does not account for all of the other lifting and physical activity I do at work. Is anybody else a waitress here and how do you log it?

Note: I only waitress two days a week and I have another job as an English tutor the majority of the week, which is not an active job. So, I don't want to change my activity level.

Just list your activity level correctly and you won't add it as exercise. I think it even uses waitressing as one of the examples in the activity levels.

    Yeah I looked. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/settings

    Home>Settings>Update diet/fitness Profile

Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)

The problem is i only waitress 2 days a week. I have another job as an English tutor so I'm relatively inactive.
