    Awesome, you have done so well. In the first pic those shorts you are wearing are so tight, in the last one there is LOADS of room! Can't believe how much of your tummy has gone...maybe there is some hope for me! Big pat on the back, you have done so well :)

    Thanks, everyone! I'm really glad to inspire some people...and in turn, that keeps me inspired. :)

    I didn't notice the irony in the shirt, lol. However, I'm at the point where if I wanted some Whoppers, I could have them and not feel bad...I apply moderation and the understanding of the possible consequences of my actions. :D
