Hello everybody,
I need some recommendations of what type of exercises to do to burn off calories. I can swim, and do cardio at the gym. But I feel there are more exercises I can do.

    I enjoy jogging, especially running on trails . . . Tae Bo, if you want a video workout . . . lots of people into P90X, and other Beach Body workouts. And then there's always sports and other things to do. I'm sure you'll get a list here. =0)
  • weight training burns lots of calories.
    Men's Health website has programs you can follow. I like their Belly Off! Dumbbell Blast workouts. You have to start and account to access them, but it is free to do so.
