Just arrived and did my profile. I am delighted to find this site! Now I will get busy reading posts and I will hope to have something to contribute from time to time!

    hi, and welcome to MFP i have only been with the site for few weeks now and loving it.. you will find it so helpful!!! i have lost 4kgs now. and this makes life easier for me as i'm a mum of three all under 8 and don't have a lot of time to write calories down in a book and look it all up. MFP dose it all for you :)
