Hi my name Stephanie and this is my first time using myfitness pal. I thought it would be pretty encouraging and helpful to use this in tracking my diet, exercise and progress. Ive been on for about a week now and love it thus far! Im looking forward to reading up on some of you others stories and methods..ive tryed almost everything and im open for ANY suggestions!

    keeping a journal is amazingly helpful and accountablity is key ... i have really enjoied this site. good luck
