Swallowed one on my bike this morning, and don't want to go over my calorie allowance, but can't find them on the database. Any ideas?

I'm guessing it's a "free food." At least, I hope it is.:laugh:0

Hahahaha.
Well you don't see many overweight spiders so they can't be that calorie heavy.

Many thanks. I checked it out: could not find a fly, but be warned, stay away from termites, over 600 calories in just 100g...0 -
Thanks for making me laugh this morning! I'm thinking that if I swallowed a fly, I would burn LOTS of calories all day . . .retching & trying to throw that thing up! blech! Hope your day gets better!0

This is awesome! Hope you're not a vegetarian lol0

Think of it as negative calories, you burn more coughing and clearing your throat than you took in. :laugh:0
-
I thought you meant a Black Fly vodka cooler. I've been looking for that nutrition info myself!0
-
I think a fly would be a negative calorie food for me, because it would probably come right back up and bring my last meal with it.0

Help me!0
