these are pants sizes, b/c my top is still a L, I was an XL/XXL
smallest - size 10
biggest - size 18
right now - size 6/8
goal - 4/6
Oh i was not thinking about tops I am still like an xl but that is because i have 38dd up top but i was like a xxxl cause I was 44ddd but they are going away with the weight :sad: :laugh: mixed feelings on that one
exactly if it fits up top it is too big on the waist but oh well i tried the babydoll tops but then I look preggy and that is not the case :laugh: If i wear them too tight on the waist they show the girls a little too much:blushing: :blushing:
Hahaha! Yeah - I don't want my bust to shrink too much!!! I wear small tops because I like them form fitting! I could never wear a button front top - never closes across the bust when it fits the waist!:flowerforyou:0 -

Goal - I'm not sure, maybe a 10 or 12.
I'm 5'11. I know that in highschool I looked quite skinny, but I was really active in sports, too. My goal weight is around 170 so I would be happy with a comfortable fitting size 12.:happy:0 -

Monica, this may help. I'm 5'8, medium/large frame, and at 165 with 27% body fat... I wore a size 12. (Body fat % will make a difference in what size you wear, because fat takes up more space but weights less then muscle). I bet 155 would be a great weight for you.
Here are my numbers:
Smallest size: 10
Largest: 14
Current: 12's are big, 10's are small. I hate that!
Goal: 8
Thank you that does help but how do i know my body fat %? how do i find that out cause right now i know it is baaaaaaaaaadddddddddd:sad:
THere's multiple ways of finding your % body fat - all with different variations of accuracy. I use the one the Navy uses. All you need is a tape measure to get your hip, waist and neck measurements. Then there is a grid you use based on your height to determine your % body fat.

I would kill to fit into my cheerleading outfit again. And my coach told me that I needed to loose weight b/c it didn't fit me correctly! Damn woman!
Ya...cheer leading skirt pleats!!! Each pleat was generously extended beyond the overall goal of the VARSITY company who designed the said skirt. LOL
That will be my MFP photo when I get down to that size. Hummm...LOL0 -
