Hi everybody! My name is Christine, and I'm getting pumped to start my new way to a healthier life! I gained too much weight while pregnant, and I just haven't been able to shake it off. I've lost weight before, and I know it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I'm open to advice from all!

Hi!! You can do it. I love the food journal feature. It helps to see what I'm putting into my body! Remember: exercise, healthy eating habits and water are our friend.

So far I haven't started.. Lack motivation I guess. Aiming to begin Monday... Hopefully by then, I can figure out a diet plan!0
