    Yeah...kind of a blah night but wanted something quick and easy and haven't had tilapia in a while. The hubby LOVES broccoli, and I only have white rice in the house right now (NEED to go shopping!) But it will be okay!

    Umm some garam masala seasoned chicken (indian spice mixed with lil olive oil) baked and probably green beans........or my usual salad...

    is it wrong that I love to eat tomatoes whole with lots of pepper? :laugh:

    that's funny, years ago, I dated a guy from Penn, he had never had breakfast for lunch or dinner, no dinner omelets or gravy.

    He thought that was so strange. We would go out to eat and order breakfast at times and he had a COW!!!!!!

    Tofu Stir Fry- Tofu pay fried with lots of veggies, and maybe a few rice noodles! Yum!
