why do i have absolutely no motivation today?! i wanted to walk earlier but it was ruined again by the rain. so 3 days this week i havent worked out at all. i planned to do wii fit tonight but i have no desire to what so ever.

    Look at those kiddos in your tracker, and know that you want to be healthy so you're around for them. What more motivation do you need?

    1 ..2 ..3 ...days is ok..4th is kinda getting into the red zone. Whenever I dont feel like working out, i put on a real good song and just dance as i get moving my moods changes and i'm more open to moving into a longer workout :)

    There are days like that. Everyone has 'em. You could just start doing the routine even if you don't feel like it. I don't know how you generally handle tasks that seem daunting, but I'm the type of person that once I start doing something, I'm dedicated to finishing it. So on days like yours today, as soon as I start using my elliptical, I'll start off with the initial goal to only do 15 - 20 minutes, but by the time I reach that point, I'm already feeling pretty good, so I'll do more.

    Just do it. I do, and I know that means that you can too! I hate getting on my tennis shoes and all that stuff, but once I'm there, I"M THERE, and then I feel great when I'm done and don't feel guilty for not doing it. Commit and you will succeed!:wink:

    That was me today too. I finally got around to working out after a long day at work unfortunately is was late this evening and I was totally drained. I burned half as many calories as usual. We all have our off days.

    Tomorrow is another day. ;)

    Do you have "On Demand"? They have tons of good exercise videos for free on there. That is what I use on days I can't get out. Some are only 10 minutes long. There is everything from ballroom dancing to hard core workout, yoga to Zumba. Check it out if you have On Demand.
