Hi, I am a choco-holic. I just have to have my chocolate. Now I have stumbles upon something that helps me. Chocolate Cherrios. Yes I said chocolate:laugh: My last snack of the night is always cherrios and I can have the chocolate ones. I get my snack and curb the craving for chocolate at the same time. No more calories or sodium than the regular box.

You shouldn't eat carbs before bed (unless you've just worked out). The insulin release from the sugars causes your body to stop burning fat.

I discovered them a while ago and I alternate between those and chocolate flavored mini wheats mini bites at nite to satify my chocolate hunger.

Thanks for the share, they are on my list of new things to sample. Hope it tastes as good as the reviews tout!
  • That does sound like a good snack! I have 5 dark chocolate m&m's for my fix

ThinkGeek.com sells chocolate inhalers. Sounds weird, I know, but they've got micronized particles of real chocolate that come out of an inhaler-like device in a metered dose. Because the particles are micronized they have a huge surface area and really intense flavor, but so little actual chocolate is in each whiff that the calories round down to zero.

Gotta love ThinkGeek.com. They think of everything. I love this idea.
