Is it past 12. .. If it is whenever I finally retire for the night my many glasses of wine will be registered as Sundays breakfast.0
-
...as it should be..0

I log everything as one day until I go to bed. So unlike my friend McFadden over there, if you see a beer logged in my breakfast it's because I had beer with my wheaties.0

I agree with taso.0

You even said so yourself: "past midnight on a Friday night."
It's Friday, no matter the time until I go to sleep. Even if it's 4 or 5 am...it's Friday! lol0 -

LOL! You're right... Well, can you guess which day I logged my snack? I guess it is Friday to me until I go to bed. Sorry, I'm up studying for my board exam (that I'm taking in the morning). Apparently, I'm a bit brain fried! Maybe it's time to call it a night!0 -

Totez...requires a little helping of better living through chemistry stirred with a lollipop.0 -
I log everthing on the date it is. I have had breakfast around 2:00 a.m. !!!!0
-
I log it as a snack for the next day. It keeps me from feeling as guilty for eating late because I know I can plan to cut down a little on the new day's calories and still be under my goal.0

I have the hardest time keeping track of food on which day, sometimes I'm up for 24 hours to get through a night shift. I balance it but i don't know which is correct.0

Probably more beer.

I rarely go to bed before 3-4am, but I usually log my food under the actual date as it is. Sometimes I'm sitting there, anxious for midnight to come just so I can have that small snack!0
-
oops i forgot to add 1/2 is on Fri 1/2 is on Saturday lol0

YEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!:drinker: If I eat at midnight, I usually log it in on the new day's diary but I actually try to not eat after 12:00am now which is something that I definitely DIDN'T do before I found MFP. I cram all my pigging out into one day now!!!
Just for the record......morning beer is your friend.........vodka and sugar free lemon juice is your evening friend.........'hiccup'!!!0 -
I log everything until I go to sleep. Those calories that I don't have the time to burn off before bed are the ones that will be stuck to my belly in the morning... it's just how it goes.0

Haha:laugh: In that case I have my cereal with Vodka...or wine...lol0 -
I work 12 hour nights as a nurse...it's SO tough...
For me, I don't drink coffee, so I eat my normal "lunch" and snacks at night...I go to bed at 8am, wake up 7-8 hours later, hungry again, then I eat again at night depending on how many nights in a row...super tough.
I just log calories on the next day, starting at midnight. It's easier.0
