Top of the morning

Okay..well i've finally decided to do something about my weight...and this has been the best app so far. I've only been on it for 2 weeks and have lost 2 kgs..ithink which means another 18kgs to go!....I"m not so concerned re the calorie counter it's jsut great way for me to record what i'm eating..and because i'm recording it..i'm really questioning whether or not I need that Snickers bar at 3pm in the afternoon..:smile:

    I really like to record what I eat before I actually eat it, makes it easier to say "no, I really don't need this"
