I find this the best and easiest website to record food. I have tried others suggested in different diet communities, but I find this one the best and easiest. There are many foods listed in the data base. Keep up the fine work. I love this site. I have decided to communicate more. This site has something for everyone.:smile:

    Yes I agree! I use the app on my ipod touch and I do not need an internet connection to look up foods, and the next time I am home it syncs up! I love it! I used to use sparkpeople but the app is just not as good.

    Agreed, I cant talking highly enough of this site. Tell all my friends and work colleagues. Its not perfect, but with careful monitoring, its very very good!!
