30 day shred

I want to get the 30 day shred and alturnate between that and C25K... can anyone tell me what i need besides the DVD... i see online that you can buy the dvd or the complete package... so i was wondering what the complete package was..

For the 30 day shred, other than the dvd all you need is a set of weights (2lb, 3lb, 5lb, whatever is most comfortable for you!) and a mat. I'm not sure what the complete package is.0

You only need 3 lb weights and if you are working out on a hard surface a mat. It's great!0

It's a dvd by Jillian Michaels called The 30 Day Shred. It's great.
I'm starting with my 1 lb weights (partially because I already had them from when I used to go walking...just to add a bit of oomph) because I'm very unaccustomed to working out. I'm still getting a good arm workout, and after I've been doing it for a while I'll step up to 3 lb weights. Right now I'm on day 3.
