You guys are really great. I appreciate all the responses to my message, very helpful. Plus its always a relief to know someone else battles the same stuff. I know I sound like a cry baby but i've have 4 babies in six years and ive never cared about losing weight. UNTIL NOW. I've had my tubes tied and I know I wont have another excuse "i'll just get pregnant again" and it's time to lose this extra weight. I"m only 27 for heavens sake it sould not be hard (yea right)
