ive used this site on and off for the last year, but time to get serious.

Lost about 20kg last year restricting my calories only and very little exercise. Put about half of it back on now being that that restrictive a diet isnt sustainable.

looking to have a balance with food and exercise, and a few treats along the way to make it all worth it without blowing it completely.

Joined a weight loss challenge at work and getting weighed in every Monday for that...

My Boyfriend is on the site and it seemed like a good idea to get some support and do it together.
