Cravings.......

Admittedly I have only been doing this for 6 days bt so far I have had no cravings for anything and I used to eat ALOT of junk. Is this normal - will it take a while for my body to realise I am missing these sorts of foods?
My food diary is public - and it always seems to be full of food - I never really feel starving but when I compare mine to other peoples it looks like I am eating WAY too much, even though I am usually under my calorie goal.
Am I doing this right? haha

Hey!
I was exactly the same.
I've been doing this for 40+ days and still not craving anything. Even with TOM!
I've lost 13 pounds so far and also feel like I'm eating a lot.
I think sometimes when we're overweight and want to lose we eat loo little and too few calories meaning we don't lose weight and think we eat too much - make sense?
Keep going!!
You'll do it!! :O):flowerforyou:0 -
you're doing great! your diary looks fuller because you log each ingredient. I do the same. Like a salad will say spinach, then tomatoes, then broccoli, etc. when some people just put "Generic - garden salad". Our way is better, we get the exact amounts of everything.
(yesterday was my total binge cheat fun day so don't look at THAT one...lol)
As long as you are MEETING your goal. Try your best not to be under calories. There are a host of problems that can arise from UNDERfeeding. Fuel your body for its workouts and it will thank you! :flowerforyou:0 -
Ahh thanks guys - I guess maybe it is because I log everything on there. It just made me feel greedy when I compared mine to other peoples!!
I have no cravings still and I just came from the gym and a swim - maybe it will come in time but it helps to know that I am not the only one not craving stuff - I really felt like I must be over eating and that was what was satisfying me haha.
Thanks so much for the replies ladies...... Its good to know there is an instant support group just here when you need advice or help xxx0
