Hi All
I was running a couple of weeks back and my left hip started to feel 'strange'.
By the end of the run - was only 20 mins on a treadmill at 4.5mph - my leg felt heavy.
Anyway - following day sharp pain right at the top of my leg in the crease where it meets my fat, I mean, my stomach. :O)
I rested for a week last week due to a number of reasons but back at the gym today 10 minutes and I'm in agony.
Need some cardio exercises that aren't going to agrevate my hip/muscle/tendon whatever it is if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks all.
Will apply ice and rest. :O(

Amanda

Swimming is usually pretty easy on the joints. Just take it easy with the leg movements.

I first recomend going to a doctor and see if there was any serious damage done.
Second I recomend swimming. Lot less stress on your joints.

    Hi thanks all
I have been trying to see my GP for ages regarding something else and it's proving a challenge!
I am going to try again tomorrow so will mention it to her if I get in!
    Thanks
My gym has a pool so that's not a bad idea.
