Hi all,
Yep, this is the standard, "I'm new here" message.

I'm here because I am tired of having no stamina.
When performing simple activities makes you gasp like a land-locked halibut it is time to get into shape.
I'm one of the classic yo-yo types.
Lose some weight, think I have it under control, relax and gain it all back.
I hate counting calories, but I realize that I don't know how much I am consuming if I neglect counting.
I use to do a lot of heavy weight training, and very little cardio.
Now, that I do not feel the need to look like a 80's action hero anymore, I have altered my workout to mainly cardio.

    Welcome, feel free to add me if you want. Its only been a few days but the food diary on here has really made me realise just how out of control, my portion control really was!
