My dad got really big into carb counting so he decided to at least make it yummy! I'm not sure of the exact count, but I know it is low and it is good. Enjoy!
Ingrediants:
Flat Out or any low carb sandwich wraps
1/2 cup of can or freshed crushed tomoatos
1/4 cup of feta cheese ( or go cheeseless!)
1/2 (total) of favorite veggies
2 tbls of low carb pizza sauce
1.) Pre Heat the oven to 325*f, put plain wrap on pizza pan and put in over for about 3 to 5 minutes depending on how crunchy
you want the pizza to turn out.
2.) Once out of the oven, make sure to be very careful! Mix the crushed tomoatos and pizza sauce together in a small bowl then spread desire amount on the wrap all the way to the edges.
3.) Sprinkle desired about of feta cheese onto the sauce. Again, feel free to skip cheese if you really trying to be good. Put desired veggies onto of cheese.
4.) Put back into the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Again it depends on how well done you like your pizza to be.
