It does have Splenda in it, so if you are trying to avoid artificial sweeteners too this would not be a product for you. Nutrition info for all their products is here http://www.waldenfarms.com/nutrition_facts.html#

Calorie-free things besides water really freak me out for some reason. It just seems so very unnatural. How do they flavor things with out calories? It just doesn't make sense to me, lol.

That's because it's all fake food. I tried a no carb, no sugar fat free blueberry syrup and it was the most awful thing I had ever tasted.

I'm not condemning you though. That's your personal choice. :flowerforyou:

i completely understand al lof your replies. And if you look at my food diary i eat very very cleanly. I would not recomend this for someone to use this solely on their diet, however, using a tbsp to sweeten things is not hurting them in anyway. and yes it is sweetened with splenda, and also by the actual fruit, cocoa, that is in it. So if using a small amount of artificial sweetener is not for you, so be it. But for all of you who are looking for something to sweeten your foods this is a great product.

Just as an FYI-Splenda is processed with bleach. You should check out how they manufacture it. Would you put bleach (even if it's just small amount) into your drinks or food? Well that's how it is when you use splenda! When you're body has too much of these toxins, it reacts all sorts of ways
