Hi everybody! I am really pumped about this site, everything seems so easy to input and record...I have to thank my sister for telling me about myfitnesspal...I thought 'why not try it for me'? My goal is to lose about 10 lbs for the Spring and Summer months. I have my troubles in all the wrong areas i.e stomach, thighs, arms. I would like to tone up, find new, exciting workouts and overall become a healthier person for myself, my SO, and my family! I know that my diet needs some work too, as I know a huge part of my weight gain is from late-night outings to Taco Cabana (mmm) and after-drinking eat-a-thons...I feel run-down sometimes from poor food choices, as well...
Well enough blabbing on, I am really excited to start this journey to a healthier me!

Welcome, Lexie. This is a great site to learn and get support. I used the MyFitnessPal iPhone app for almost three months before actually logging onto the actual website and I am now on here every day. I love the message boards...I learn something every day. Making friends and keeping up with their progress keeps me motivated to do well.

P.S. Mexican food and pizza is my weakness, as well. I have gotten to the point where I don't feel the need to eat candy, cakes, ice cream, or soda but every so often I have to indulge on good pizza or a spicy enchilada.0 -
