Completly went off my diet/exercise the last couple of days. Things just got so busy! I'm starting up again tomorrow and will have to work in some extra exercise!

    I feel you... the whole last week has been bad for me as far as exercise and food :( don't worry you'll get back to it!

    Don't feel bad. I had a 3# gain this week and I was under my calories for the week. I'm chalking it up to getting back to my exercise program after three weeks of bronchitis. Muscle weighs more than fat? Of course I had a margarita Friday night and a daquiri Saturday night. Bloat? Take the long view and just keep logging. Single slip-ups don't do much damage by themselves.
  • Alright it's MONDAY! Getting back in the game today! I'm going to actually track my food this time haha.

    we all have times like this (infact i have several) so long as we start again and try our best that is the main thing, my personal suggestion would be to look back and identify why things went off track and try and prevent that situation occuring again.

  • I am with you....my kids were home from school last week on break so that meant more eating out and less excercise. Weigh in at my gym is tomorrow...I am scared!
  • We all go through it. As long as you jump back in, don't beat yourself up about it.
