Many of you may have seen this Dove commercial, but if not, I suggest you take a minute & a half to watch it. It will make you realize how 'models' are no better looking than any of us. I think some people strive too hard to be what they think is 'perfect'. Magazines can really mess with our heads; they're giving girls all the wrong ideas about what being 'beautiful' really is.

I'm so quick to jump and say that my beauty standards are my own. But, they're not.
I love when I see "plus size" models or "real women" in ads and campaigns.0 -
Thanks for sharing. I kind of figured that they were just like us but had to sure. lol. It's amazing how far companies will go to "sell" the product.0

pretty much everything we see on tv and magazines and what not, are all photo shopped0
